Paper making became part of my textile vocabulary about fifteen years ago. I found that the
possibilities of embedding information in the final sheet during the paper making process very
exciting, and I have used that technique in this work.

This piece was included in Below the Surface, an exhibition in which the artists interpreted the phrase 
- I wanted to talk about the undersurface, the double talk, and the secrets that we all live with.
It was first shown at Goulburn Regional Art Gallery and then traveled to other regional art galleries.
